Design Samples

I have over a decade of experience designing for print and digital applications. These are just a few examples of the many design projects I’ve completed over the years. More samples of specific types of work (advertisements, social media, etc.) can be made available by request.

Celebrating colleagues at one of the leading academic medical centers in the country

I designed the certificates used in the annual Service and Excellence Awards for members of the University of Michigan Medical School’s Department of Psychiatry.

Making the case for new approaches to adolescent mental health care

I designed an infographic highlighting the unique benefits of implementing the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model in school-based health centers—a model of care that increases access to mental health support by meeting people where they are.

Reducing stigma and increasing support for patients seeking a life-saving psychiatric intervention

I designed a patient information card for the Michigan Medicine Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) Peer Mentoring Program. Modern ECT is a safe and effective treatment, but persisting myths can prevent patients from seeing it as an option. The card met important needs for the ECT staff, highlighting resources and providing a space for clinicians to write notes before handing it over to their patients.

A gothic twist on a Victorian classic

As part of a book design course, I designed and typeset a booklet of excerpts and recipes from Mrs. Beeton’s Book of Household Management, a practical guide to running a Victorian British household published in 1861.
